ADVENTURES SPORTS SYSTEMS AND TIMING PRIVATE LIMITED is a sports technology and event management Company associated with a variety of professional sports events in the country. They organize several national level sporting events like the Ultimate Table Tennis, Khelo India Youth Games, Khelo Indiat Univerity Games, National School Championships in Badminton, Swimming , Table Tennis, Cycling etc.
Business requirement
The client company being an organizer of sporting events required a tournament management system to manage several aspects of the games staring from registrations, game management, game score tracking, live score display to audience and score streaming to streaming partner websites and television. The client required a web based software to manage all these.
MTL solution
Client had several business use-cases and the challenge was to build a scalable solution that can work in a multi-game scenario. The solution we planned could manage multiple games from a single application administrator account with options to generate licenses for different game types. For each game, appropriate game display UX was designed which enabled the organizers to display score to the live event audience. We also provided api support to stream the live score to TV broadcasting companies like star sports which took score data from our system.
