MTL solution and approach
As the client’s business model was also evolving on the go based on inputs from the market, going with a waterfall model wasn’t an option. We planned the product development in an agile fashion with weekly sprints and daily stand-up meetings with the client. In under a month the team came up with the basic food delivery system in the web with the super admin, restaurant kitchen dashboards and the customer side e-commerce ordering system. The second month was more focussed on building the POS mobile app for kitchens to fulfil orders. Sunmi V2 Pro, an Android based POS system was used. The third month was focussed on building more features based on market feedback, testing, bug fixes anddeployment.
