Solution

The whole idea was to create a platform to list out all the 3 categories (Spa/Salon/Beauty Parlor) in an area & provided the facility to book an appointment by the users. Our solution consisted of a user app (Android & iOS), the web version of the same, a business app (Android & iOS), web dashboard for the business app & finally a super admin web dashboard.

The feature in the user app is that users can sign in to the app, view nearby Salons/Spa, book an appointment of their convenience, and make the payment online. The business app is provided to the service providers ( Salon owners) where they can view/manage their appointments. They also have a POS system integrated for the walk-in customers & they can manage their profile in the user app. Super admin can manage the users and businesses from a single touchpoint.
